Limited OUPV Description: Operate uninspected passenger vessels/launch (OUPV) carrying no more than six (6) passengers in a limited geographic area, taught in Duluth, MN and Superior, WI
The OUPV Captains Class / Six-Pack is the most popular of the captain's license courses and is required for those who wish to operate fishing charters, run a dive boat, or offer sightseeing tours. In person classes in Duluth and Superior.
The Master's License allows you to operate Inspected Passenger Vessels. Ferry boats, harbor tour boats, sailing schooners, and whale watching boats are all examples of inspected vessels. Duluth Superior classes coming soon!
